CHICAGO RIDGE, Ill., November 25, 2024 – Chicago Ridge Mall, Southwest Chicagoland’s premier shopping and retail destination owned by Second Horizon Capital, announces it has been recognized by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) as a Certified Sustainable Property. This designation recognizes Chicago Ridge Mall as a green building for exhibiting high standards and practices that support sustainability through management in green building performance. The certification is part of Chicago Ridge Mall's broader commitment to enhance the stewardship of our center and to serve as a vital community hub and local economic engine.
