Second Horizon Capital Acquires Macy’s Site at Kingston Collection in Sale-Leaseback Transaction
KINGSTON, Mass. (Oct. 9, 2024) – Second Horizon Capital, an impact real estate investment firm that partners with communities to transform large-scale, underinvested commercial properties into vibrant destinations and local economic engines, announced today that it has acquired the 150,000 square foot Macy’s box and 15.2 acre parcel at Kingston Collection as part of a sale-leaseback transaction. As part of the transaction, Macy’s will continue to operate at Kingston Collection through early 2025.
