Little Rock, AR

Partnered with Museum of Discovery, Little Rock’s premier science and technology center, to provide free educational programming for children and families. The partnership expands community access to experiences designed to boost exploration in science and technology.

Stony Point Fashion Park and Goat Yoga RVA

Richmond, VA

Partnered with Goat Yoga RVA to host goat yoga events, providing an experience that delivers health, wellbeing, and animal-assisted therapy benefits to our shoppers and neighbors.

Park Plaza and CHI St. Vincent

Little Rock, AR

Partnered with CHI St. Vincent, a leading regional health network serving Central and Southwest Arkansas, to bring new health-focused activities to the center, including a renewed mall walkers program and ongoing events focused on exercise and fitness, healthy lifestyle, and preventative health.

Chicago Ridge Mall and American Red Cross

Chicago Ridge, IL

Partnered with American Red Cross, the leading blood donation nonprofit in the country, to host blood drives for the local community.

Sustainability

From monitoring energy use to investing in enhanced infrastructure, we actively factor environmental sustainability into our decision-making and manage resource-use across our properties. This includes conducting energy and water audits, introducing sustainability policies and best practices, optimizing building performance, providing information to tenants, and transitioning to increasingly sustainable practices.
