Mr Brews Taphouse to Open New Location in Park Plaza Mall, First in State (KATV)
July 19, 2024 - The burger and craft beer chain Mr Brews Taphouse is set to open a new franchise in Little Rock's Park Plaza Mall later this year.
The restaurant is set to be the chain's first location in the Natural State.
Second Horizon Capital Co-Founder and Managing Partner Howard Levine said he hopes the franchise will breathe new life into the mall's community.
“We are proud to welcome Mr Brews Taphouse to Park Plaza as their first location in the state of Arkansas,” Levine said. “This new dining destination represents a significant step in the ongoing transformation of the center and will offer the Little Rock community an exceptional experience alongside great food, drinks and entertainment.”
The restaurant offers a variety of different foods, including specialty burgers, burger bowls, salads, flatbreads, Philly Cheese Steaks, fish tacos, and Wisconsin Cheese Curds.
Mark Leach, Mr Brew's President of Franchise Development, said the chance to open a location in Arkansas is exciting.
“From a wide selection of craft beers from across the country to the fresh ingredients we use to carefully handcraft our specialty burgers, we know Mr Brews will quickly become a local favorite,” Leach said. “We can’t wait to open the first location of Mr Brews in Arkansas to offer the community a fresh and exciting new dining experience.”
The taphouse and grill will be located near Park Plaza's south entrance, facing West Markham St.
